Sake Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Wonderbird Gin No. 97 Magnolia Experimental
  • 1 oz Daiginjo sake
  • Pinch of coarse sea salt

Directions

Combine and stir until salt dissolves. Add ice, stir until chilled, then strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with olive.
