About the Gin

Introducing our latest Cask Finished bottle release, the exceptional result of a unique barrel aging process. We began our 4th barrel project by resting our Gin No. 61 in a Blanton's bourbon barrel for a period of nine months before transferring over to a Peerless bourbon barrel for a second, six-month finish. This additional stage of oaking added a significant layer of complexity, resulting in a gin imbued with enchanting notes of cinnamon, vanilla, orange, and clove.

The epitome of a cold weather sipper, discover the full character of this aged gin by savoring slowly, perhaps accompanied by a single ice cube, allowing the flavors to unfold on your palate. Despite the ability to standalone, our cask-release also shines when incorporated into myriad classic and contemporary cocktails.
