Ingredients
- 2 oz Wonderbird Gin
- ½ oz dry curacao
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 egg white
- Lemon twist for garnish
Directions
Dry shake (no ice) all of the ingredients. Shake once more, with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, then express a lemon twist over the drink. Garnish with the lemon twist, and enjoy.
