Ramos Gin Fizz


  • 2 oz Wonderbird Gin No. 61 or No. 97
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup or 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 drops orange flower water
  • 2 oz cold seltzer


Dry shake (no ice) all the ingredients except the seltzer, then fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake for 5 minutes. Strain into a highball glass. Slowly add the seltzer. No garnish.

Tip: If you happen to have one of those wire mixing balls that commonly comes with protein shake bottles, add it to the shaker from the beginning as it will help with frothing.
