Golden Fizz


  • 2 oz Wonderbird Gin
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 drops orange flower water
  • 2 oz cold seltzer water


Dry shake all ingredients (except the seltzer), then fill shaker with ice and shake for a few minutes. Double strain into a Collins glass. Add seltzer slowly until foam reaches top rim of glass.

Tip: Use a protein shake mixing whisk ball in the shaker to froth it up easier.
