• 2.5 oz Wonderbird Gin
  • Sparkling water
  • 6 dashes bitters
  • Lemon twist


In a Collins glass, pour Wonderbird Gin over an ample amount of ice. Top with sparkling water (we recommend Topo Chico), and add your own seasonal flourish with bitters to suit your mood (we love orange, walnut, or classic aromatic). Garnish with a thin twist of lemon peel.
