Gin & Tonic

  1. Pour 2 oz of Wonderbird Gin.
  2. Top with tonic water.
  3. Add a squeeze of lime or whichever citrus you prefer.
  4. Garnish with spices or fruit of your choosing.

Fall: peppercorn, rosemary, orange peel, cinnamon sticks, clove, star anise
