Gin & Tonic

    1. Pour 2 oz of Wonderbird Gin.
    2. Top with tonic water.
    3. Add a squeeze of lime or whichever citrus you prefer.
    4. Garnish with spices or fruit of your choosing. Our favorite Fall garnishes include peppercorn, rosemary, orange peel, cinnamon sticks, clove, and star anise.

(Not pictured) Gin & Tonic with a Meyer Lemon twist, black peppercorns, juniper berries, a sprig of rosemary, Jack Rudy Classic tonic syrup, Topo Chico, and then topped with celery bitters.
